Our Story

It began with a simple question, “God, what do you want for our city and beyond?” C5 Urban School Initiative was created in an attempt to respond to how the Lord has answered and continues to answer this question.

This is the question that Josh Dyson asked in May 2024. Little did he know that his life was about to change. C5 is the manifestation of how Josh understood God to be answering to this question.
